Collaborative Leadership
Unitarian Universalists value the many contributions of time and talent that our members and friends bring. Dedicated volunteers wear many hats. Whatever the contribution, we appreciate it as a gift that supports the ministry of the congregation as a whole. Lay leaders and task-oriented helpers—along with office assistants, technology support, and musicians—all play an important role in creating the Beloved Community we aspire to be.
